Main Module: Diploma in Hydrology and Hidrogeology

PRESENTATION

This diploma is designed to provide participants with practical experience in applying hydrological and hydrogeological analysis techniques and methods. This will equip them to address common challenges in various projects and activities. Additionally, it will enhance their ability to understand and analyze technical reports related to surface and groundwater.

Embark on a journey to deepen your knowledge in this scientific field. Learn about the complex interaction of surface and groundwater, flow models, modeling techniques, and specific aquifer studies.

Through the use of QGIS software, you will gain hands-on experience with hydrological and hydrogeological tools. You will also learn practical methods for soil water balance analysis and techniques to characterize potentially contaminated sites, all illustrated with real-world examples.

TRAINING MODALITY

The modality presented is the “Virtual-OFFLINE” (Virtual asynchronous); in this you will develop a course every 30 days, which is made up of videos, slideshows, materials and questions to the speaker.

At the end of every module, the student must take an exam to pass it and move on to the next course.

You will be assigned the tutoring of a specialist and there will be no limitations in terms of access hours or consultations with the speaker, this promotes that you train efficiently.The hours dedicated to each module must be managed assertively to optimize the benefit.

You will experience all of the above through our virtual campus, which will also allow us to monitor your progress.
